Customers have been catching some holdover stripers from the rivers and salt ponds. Herring are making their way into freshwater bodies of water with hungry fish on their tails. We are anticipating the migratory bass to be showing up along the beaches any day now. The air temps are looking really good mid next week and should hopefully get the bass moving. Freshwater fishermen have been doing well for bass and pickerel. With trout fishing opening up in RI waters on Saturday 4/8 we look forward to getting the season underway and seeing you all again.
